THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are excited to be working exclusively with a Private Equity backed Technology company within the B2B Services market, based in London. They are seeking a Head of Commercial Finance to support the Group Commercial Finance Director. This role would be a great fit for an individual transitioning from a predominantly FP&A focussed role into a more broadly commercial leadership role. The mandate has particularly strong development opportunities and will most likely lead into a Divisional/Group FD role. It is highly important that the individual has strong commercial business partnering experience within a B2B/sales environment with a particular focus on pricing.
THE ROLE:
Responsibilities include:
Day to day management of team of analysts
Trading performance analysis and reporting
External data analysis
Pricing and cost performance analysis
Optimise profit by review of product and programme margins
Ad hoc projects that require deep analysis
THE REQUIREMENTS
Part or fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Degree educated
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Knowledge of sales lifecycles
Previous experience working on B2B contracts
Experience influencing and interacting sales teams and other stakeholders
Experience supporting product management teams
Advanced excel and modelling
