THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are currently partnered with a rapidly growing, private equity backed healthcare business. Our client has developed a next-generation, early detection technology that is aiming to revolutionise the entire patient care management cycle. They plan to grow aggressively and enter into the European market over the next 18 months and are now looking for a Head of Finance to sustain their ambitious targets.
THE ROLE:
Work closely with the CFO to build out a finance infrastructure that supports the company’s rapid growth
Heavy involvement in fund raisings and M&A processes
Implement a new ERP system to enable automation, streamline operational processes and the seamless flow of data
Complete oversight of the day-to-day running of Finance
Leading, developing and expanding the Finance team
Business partner closely with the CEO, CFO and other senior stakeholders to ensure the group hits its strategic milestones
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Experience working in healthcare/technology is beneficial
Experience raising capital and funds highly desirable
Proven track record of building and developing best in class Finance teams
Strong technical accounting ability
