Altus Partners is pleased to partner with one of Europe’s leading pan-European Private Equity backed healthcare businesses based in Zug looking to hire a Head of Treasury. The role comes with extensive exposure to the C-suite as well as the opportunity to work on innovative projects in a dynamic and international working environment.
THE ROLE:
The role will focus on Corporate Finance as well as Risk Management with your position reporting directly to the CFO. You will play a key role in cash management aspects including bank relationship management.
Manage group financing activities, including M&A process integration and KPI reporting and analytics
Report on key aspects, such as calculating and monitoring overall risk exposure, managing hedging strategy and Treasury reporting
Administration and monitoring of Intercompany funding & netting strategy
Manage Treasury relations between the European entities and the holding entity based in Germany
Maintain Treasury systems to effectively manage cash activities
Identify and develop new processes and standards and deliver results with direct impact on the department and overall targets
THE REQUIREMENTS:
At least 4-7 years of profound professional experience in the treasury of an international company or a comparable position and a university degree with a focus on finance, banking or comparable studies
Experience with regulatory compliance in treasury management
Project management and cash management experience
A good understanding of accounting with reliability and accuracy in dealing with financial figures and processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong team player with natural communication talent
Ability to communication effectively across cultures and ability to work independently
