THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are working with a Private Equity backed Technology business based in Central London in their search for an Interim Finance Director on an initial 6 month period with the possibility of being extended or going permanent. Working closely with the CEO and shareholders, you will oversee the upcoming M&A activity to increase revenue across the Group whilst implementing new systems and process aligned with company growth.
This role will suit a Finance Director who has previously worked for a PE backed company with exposure to buy and build activity.
THE ROLE:
Support the CEO on all decision making, offering insightful analysis and assessing the implications of various decision's
To develop the financial strategies of the business
Optimise the company’s financial performance and strategic position and advise the CEO accordingly
Overall control of all financial transactions and accountancy matters, including audit systems
Corporate finance: to manage company policies, risk assessment, capital requirements, debt and acquisitions, as appropriate
Contribute fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of the business
Reviewing and improving existing company financial systems ensuring that they are robust, compliant and support current activities and future growth
Develop, oversee and improve the quality of management information, budgeting and forecasting processes
Strengthen commercial and financial competence across the business to improve financial decision-making, operational effectiveness and profitability
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Fully qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA
Previous Private Equity exposure
Understanding of M&A activity and working within fast growing businesses
