THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners is working with a market-leading infrastructure fund with close to $5bn AUM, who are looking to build out their renewables function and in time develop their own dedicated renewables fund. This individual coupled with one other director and two partners will be the backbone of the team to grow the renewables investment book across Europe and the US.
THE ROLE:
Origination of European renewable energy and energy transition transactions across Europe
Researching and generating investment ideas
Building strong and long-lasting relationships with target company management teams, investment banks, etc
Execution of investments and oversight of portfolio companies
Mentoring, developing and growing the team members
THE REQUIREMENTS:
A minimum of 10 + years of experience in a renewables fund, investment banking, renewable energy, and energy transition focused positions
An extensive network within the renewable energy and energy transition sectors across Europe and the US.
Proven track record of originating and executing deals across Europe and the US.
European language skills are imperative (German, Nordics, Eastern European, Baltics etc)
