Altus Partners are excited to be working with one of Europe’s leading Real Estate funds, which is looking for an Italian, German, French or Spanish speaking Investment Analyst to join its London team

As an Investment Analyst, you will take on significant responsibility for the evaluation and execution of real estate investment opportunities across all RE markets, apart from the Retail space. You’ll work closely with a high-performing team providing a genuine opportunity to take on responsibility from day one and accelerate your investing career.

 

THE ROLE:
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis.

  • Create financial models to assess investment feasibility.

  • Follow performance, market trends, and economic indicators.

  • Prepare detailed investment proposals, presentations, and reports catering to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to conduct due diligence on potential acquisitions and dispositions.

  • Monitor and track the performance of existing investments.

  • Remain current with industry advancements, regulatory shifts, and emerging market trends.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • Fluency in at least one of the following languages: Italian, French, Spanish, or German.

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in the real estate space, preferably within private equity, or investment banking either in a full time capacity or as a result of significant internship experience.

  • Adeptness in financial modelling, valuation methodologies, and investment analysis.

  • Proficiency in effectively translating intricate data into actionable insights.

  • Strong communication skills to present findings.

  • Attention to detail, with the ability to manage concurrent tasks and meet deadlines

  • Competency in financial and data analysis tools such as Excel.
