THE SEARCH:

​Are you a financial modelling expert with experience in the regulated infrastructure/utilities space? Altus Partners is pleased to be working with one of the UK’s leading and largest Utility businesses. The firm is looking for someone with experience from an Accounting / Investment Banking / financial advisory / regulated industry at the Associate – Associate Director level with significant experience in financial modelling within the regulatory space.

 THE ROLE:

  • Overall responsibility for the financial and regulatory modelling

  • Lead strategic thinking around alternative capital structures

  • Responsible for stakeholder management with shareholders, debt investors and banks

  • Senior contact for Ofwat engagement

  • Lead the development of financial models to incorporate ratings agency methodologies

  • Lead risk and sensitivity analysis to understand financial resilience

THE REQUIREMENTS:

  • Significant experience in the development and operation of financial models

  • Experience working in the Utilities sector or another regulated environment

  • Excellent communication, relationship management and presentation skills

  • Ability to influence others at all levels
