Altus Partners is collaborating with a globally renowned investment organisation seeking a Senior Associate to enhance its Private Credit investment strategy. This role is crucial for the organisation's strategic initiatives and global investment operations.
THE ROLE:
The Senior Associate will play an integral role in the strategic evaluation and risk management of investments within the private credit sector. Responsibilities include:
Developing and articulating the investment strategy for private credit.
Performing independent deal evaluations and assessing fund investments.
Managing and analysing the performance of portfolio investments.
Implementing and overseeing risk management protocols, including stress testing and pricing models.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Candidates must possess the following qualifications and skills:
A profound passion for credit investing, supported by 5-8 years of relevant experience with a minimum of 3 years in a buy-side role.
Strong analytical capabilities with extensive experience in financial modelling, business evaluation, and risk assessment.
Excellent interpersonal skills, engaging effectively with various stakeholders and working collaboratively within a team.
High adaptability and the ability to manage complex, unstructured problems proactively.
