THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are delighted to be partnering with a fast-growing PE-backed TMT company to find a Strategy Associate based in Amsterdam (or surrounding areas). They require someone with 2 to 4 years’ experience from a Top Tier Strategy Consultancy and need to speak Dutch and English fluently.
THE ROLE:
Based in the Netherlands, the Strategy Associate will report to the Global Head of Strategy and also be presenting to the board.
The Strategy Associate will be involved in assisting with growth strategy projects, both organic and through international acquisitions, developing and implementing group strategy and key strategic projects

Involvement in developing the group growth strategy together with the senior management team & working on the company’s long term objectives
Involvement in defining and overseeing cross-border operational strategic projects (e.g. operational excellence, M&A transactions…)
This role offers a large degree of autonomy with significant exposure to top management and international exposure.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
2 to 4 years experience from a top tier Strategy consultancy
Strategic, analytical and commercial thinker, as well as resourceful problem solver
Excellent communication & presentation skills, ability to work closely with the senior management teams as well as interact with the board members
Motivated and self driven with ability to multitask across projects
Ability to work independently while communicating and developing strong working relationship with the country teams
International work exposure a definite plus
