THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are currently working with a highly acquisitive, Private Equity backed wealth management business based in London. Following their recent investment, they have identified a number of acquisition targets for the next 12 months. As the business continues to scale rapidly, they now need an ambitious individual to come in and take the lead on Corporate Development/M&A. They are looking for somebody who can confidently partner with the CFO and CEO on a number of strategic initiatives.
THE ROLE:
Advise on business expansion plans, including mergers and acquisitions
Assist in securing additional finance to complete management buyouts
Preparing extensive due diligence for transactions
Producing business plans and valuations
Preparing financial models
Providing advice and guidance on capital structure
Providing expert advice and guidance to potential acquisition targets
Identifying and recognising new project potential and networking for future business opportunities
Partner on a number of strategic projects alongside the CFO and CEO
Help grow the Corporate Finance department
THE REQUIREMENTS:
ACA/ACCA/FCA qualified or equivalent with up to 4 years PQE
An experienced Corporate Finance professional with a proven track record, including mergers and acquisitions, financial modelling, and financial advice
A can-do attitude to problem-solving
Confident working alongside senior management
Advanced Excel skills
