THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are delighted to be partnering with a Private Equity backed Manufacturing business based in Stuttgart to find a divisional/country CFO. The role will report directly into the group CEO and will have broader responsibility for accounting and Strategic finance for the German entity.
THE ROLE:
Financial Strategy: Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability.
Responsibility for Accounting/year end an Month end procedures
Risk Management: Implement robust risk management practices to safeguard financial assets and support informed decision-making.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the budgeting process and provide accurate financial forecasts to guide strategic planning.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience: Proven track record as a senior finance professional in a manufacturing or related industry with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
Education: Relevant Financial qualification
Strategic Vision: Ability to contribute to overall business strategy and drive financial initiatives.
Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret complex financial data.
Communication: Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to articulate financial information to diverse stakeholders.
