THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners is pleased to be working with a leading fund in the search for an Investment Associate to join its London based team. The fund is looking to grow its EMEA Energy Transition team and is searching for an Associate that has deal exposure in this area. The fund is globally recognised and has a highly impressive track record. You’ll be heavily involved in the process of the deals from origination through execution to closing whilst focusing on UK and European investments within an exciting emerging market. The fund is targeting someone with analyst / associate experience in investment banking.
THE ROLE:
Financial analysis, valuation and modelling
Evaluation of investment opportunities and markets
Due diligence across various workstreams such as legal, financial, commercial and tax
Assistance in execution of transactions
Communication with investment partners, portfolio companies and management teams
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Experience in executing deals in the energy transition, power, utilities or TMT space
Background in investment banking, ideally from leading banks or infrastructure investing
Strong analytical skills
Excellent deal sheet
