Their investing model allows the firm to focus on Private Credit and Private Equity, where they capitalize on investment opportunities across their established and ever-growing worldwide client network.

 

THE ROLE:

To complement the Investment team, our client is looking to Identify a front-office professional with a strong investment mindset, coupled with the commitment to deliver mandates through supporting respective opportunities in the Life Sciences (Healthcare) sector. As an Investment Associate you will help deliver meaningful results by participating in key parts of the investment lifecycle, including:

  • Providing investment insights and recommendations based on the analysis of financial statements and capital structures of companies.

  • Performing a deep-dive analysis on companies and comparable analyses in support of Investment decisions.

  • Undertaking further due diligence (quantitative and qualitative) on companies based on legal documents, company valuations, and credibly sourced industry information.

  • Building financial models from scratch, detailing commercial projections.

  • Participating in investment discussion forums by extending insight on feasible investment opportunities.

  • Supporting senior Investment professionals in the deal structuring and execution phases.

  • Critically evaluating the performance of existing investments and sharing commercial insight thereof.

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 – 4 years professional experience gained from a leading M&A or Debt (leveraged finance) team at an investment bank.  

  • Advanced technical skills, demonstrated through the ability to build complex financial models.

  • Proficiency In commercial analysis and valuations.

  • Client centricity with respect for delivering in a collaborative manner and as per high professional standards.

  • Knowledge of the Healthcare / Life Sciences sectors is desirable.
