THE ROLE:
  • As a part of the investment lifecycle, you will be responsible for supporting critical stages from deal evaluation, through to deal structuring, execution, and asset management. This role is ideally suited to a professional who is sincerely interested in introducing and upholding climate change and sustainability, through private capital.

  • The responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Deal evaluation of Renewable Energy and infrastructure transactions, which entails financial and commercial due-diligence

  • Financial modelling, analysis, and valuation

  • Preparation of investment memoranda and documentation for investment committee

  • Market and industry research in support of commercial opportunities

 

THE REQUIREMENTS:
  • 2 – 6 years’ experience in Renewable Energy or Sustainable Infrastructure from either Investment Banking, Valuations (Transaction advisory) or Private Equity

  • Direct experience in one or more of the following areas - solar PV, wind, energy storage, waste-to-energy, bioenergy, battery storage, or energy transition

  • Strong acumen of ESG/ Sustainability in support of broader Climate Change goals in Private Markets

  • Advanced financial modelling skills

  • Due to the geographic focus of the role, fluency in Nordic language(s) is required - Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, Icelandic, or Swedish
