Altus Partners are working exclusively with an alternative asset manager that invests across a variety of strategies including Private Equity, Infrastructure and Growth. They are going through an exciting growth phase and are looking to hire an IR Associate to be part of their Investor Relations team. The firm is seeking an energetic and dynamic individual to support ongoing client workflows and fund reporting, prepare critical fundraising/marketing materials, and support ad-hoc client-related projects within their Private Equity business.


  • Working with the team in the preparation and coordination of ad-hoc & recurring update presentations for investors, in a timely manner

  • Working with the team to prepare and review fundraising materials (PPMs, pitchbooks, case studies, data room set up)

  • Updating metrics across key marketing materials on a quarterly basis

  • Preparation of materials to support investor due diligence process (DDQs, RFPs, general data requests)

  • Collaboration with the firmwide teams in the creation of client communications

  • Achieving an understanding of reporting cycles, including timelines, key stakeholders and outputs in order to deliver accountabilities

  • Assisting the wider Finance/Analytics team and internal stakeholders in the collation, preparation and review of quarterly investor reporting and Fund analysis Editing and reviewing the fund investment performance reports and investments

  • Updating Salesforce with client interactions

  • Seeking opportunities to improve efficiencies to support marketing and the management of existing client relationships


  • Experience working in a similar Client Services/Investor Relations role within the private markets

  • Ability to drive ideas from concept to completion through efficient project management and execution

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills required
