THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are delighted to be retained by a Private Equity backed Buy & Build Healthcare company on a Senior Manager mandate to join a best-in-class M&A team. They require a native German speaker based in Munich, with 6 to 12 years’ M&A experience from a Top Tier Investment Bank, Consultancy or Big Four. Preferably with some exposure in Healthcare.
THE ROLE:
Based in Munich the successful candidate will report to the Group’s senior management team (CEO, CFO, COO and Head of M&A)
The successful applicant will be involved in conducting strategic acquisitions into new and existing markets, developing and implementing group strategy and key strategic projects

Involvement in developing the group growth strategy together with the senior management team & stakeholders
Involvement in defining and overseeing cross border operational strategic projects (e.g. best practices transfer in procurement, operational excellence)
This role offer a large degree of autonomy with significant exposure to top management and board members.
THE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 6 years of experience in M&A at a top tier investment bank, Consultancy or Big Four
Strong modelling and financial / accounting skills, proficient in power point
Strategic, analytical and commercial thinker, as well as resourceful problem solver
Excellent communication skills, ability to work closely with the senior management teams as well as interact with entrepreneurs, advisors and small business owners
Motivated and self-driven with ability to multitask across projects
Ability to work independently while communicating and developing strong working relationship with the country teams
