THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners is exclusively partnered with one of the leading global funds with over $100bn AUM. The fund is looking for an Associate or Analyst to join its Secondaries team where you’ll take on significant deal responsibility as part of a small team and work closely with senior team members. You’ll enjoy the opportunity to quickly develop your investor skill set. This fund will look at both GP and LP-led secondary transactions. Our client is looking for an Analyst or Associate who has been through bugle bracket investment bank training and is technically strong.
THE ROLE:
Screening and conducting due diligence on secondary private equity investment opportunities
Perform in depth research and financial analysis on companies and assets across stages, sectors and geographies
Assist with the preparation of due diligence materials
Build detailed financial models for investment opportunities
Interact with external parties
Monitor and report on existing investments
THE REQUIREMENTS:
Currently an analyst or associate within top tier investment bank or private equity
Top academic credentials
Excellent communication, relationship management and presentation skills
Strong quantitative and analytical abilities
