THE SEARCH:
Altus Partners are delighted to be partnered with a leading Asset Manager (London) who are looking to increase headcount to their finance team. The role as a Senior Management Accountant is crucial to the company’s growth plans along with assisting senior stakeholders within the business.
THE ROLE:
Reporting into the Director of Finance you will be taking full responsibility for the firm’s monthly management accounts
Managing a part qualified accountant as they go through their studies to become fully qualified
Be constantly looking to improve the month end process
Working with departmental heads outside of finance – presenting, analysing data and working on budgets
Working closely with the Head of FP&A

THE REQUIREMENTS:
1-4 years PQE working in industry preferred
(ACCA / CIMA / ACA ) Qualified
Strong Excel skills
Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics or similar package
Experience in the Asset Management industry
Have experience in supervising/mentoring or direct management of staff
